I. Safety Precautions Before Use It must be placed on a stable and sturdy surface. Do not leave it suspended or shaking to prevent the machine from flying off.
Check if the power cord and plug are damaged. Do not plug or unplug the power with wet hands.
There should be no foreign objects or residual medicinal materials inside the machine. The knife assembly and clamps should be installed properly and locked.
The medicinal materials must be fully dried. Moisture can cause the knife to stick, the machine to jam, smoke, or even burn the motor.
Do not put in:
Metal, stones, glass
Large and hard materials (whole hardwood, large pieces of minerals)
Flammable and explosive items (alcohol, turpentine, etc.)
II. Safety during use
Close the lid and fasten it properly before starting the machine. Do not run the machine with the lid open.
Do not insert your hands, spoons, or chopsticks into the machine to move the materials. Stop the machine before operating.
Use intermittent operation: operate for 10 to 30 seconds and then stop. This avoids overheating and fire of the motor.
Immediately cut off the power supply in the following situations:
Abnormal vibration, abnormal noise
The motor is hot and has a burnt smell
Machine jamming, no rotation
Oily or sticky medicinal materials (sesame, walnut, goji berries) should be used sparingly and for a short period. They are prone to stick to the knife, get stuck in the machine, smoke, or even burn the motor.
III. Safety during shutdown and cleaning
Turn off the machine and remove the power supply. Wait until the knife assembly has completely stopped rotating before opening the lid.
Use the matching brush for cleaning. Do not touch the blade directly with your hands.
Do not wash the motor or the body with water. Only wipe the crushing chamber.
The powder removed should be left to stand for a while before opening the lid. This avoids dust from entering the respiratory tract.
IV. Fire prevention and electrical safety
Keep away from flammable materials (tissues, alcohol, fabrics).
Do not work continuously for a long time. Household machines generally do not work for more than 3 minutes.
The socket should be grounded. Do not share the power strip with high-power electrical appliances.
V. Personal protection
Try to stay away from the exhaust port when grinding powder to prevent powder from getting in your eyes and being inhaled.
Wear a mask and goggles when the dust is heavy.
Children and minors are prohibited from operating alone.
