The wax pool of the large honey pill wax dipping machine is the core working area of the equipment. Its maintenance directly affects the quality of the wax layer, the operational stability of the equipment, and the sealing effect of the large honey pill. It needs to be operated at a fixed frequency and in accordance with standards
Basic maintenance after daily use
Clean the impurities on the surface of the wax liquid: Use a dedicated stainless steel filter screen to filter out the wax shavings, plastic shell debris, dust and other impurities floating on the surface of the wax liquid, to prevent these impurities from entering the wax liquid and causing particles and bubbles to appear in the wax layer when dipping the wax later
Check and replenish the wax liquid: Inspect the wax level in the wax pool and keep it between 1/2 and 2/3 of the total volume of the wax pool. If the wax liquid is insufficient, add the same type of medical-grade paraffin wax to avoid mixing different types of wax and affecting the quality of the wax layer
Clean the inner walls of the wax pool: Use a clean stainless steel cloth to wipe the inner walls of the wax pool and remove the adhering residual wax shavings to prevent them from accumulating and affecting the uniformity of the wax liquid temperature
Weekly deep cleaning
Filter the wax liquid: Drain all the wax liquid from the wax pool and filter it through a stainless steel filter screen with an 80-100 mesh size to remove the fine impurities that have settled in the wax liquid. Then, pour the filtered wax liquid back into the wax pool
Inspect the heating tubes: Check the surface of the heating tubes in the wax pool to see if there is any residual wax buildup. If so, gently scrape it off with a dedicated cleaning shovel to avoid affecting the heating efficiency
Check the temperature sensor: Wipe the probe of the temperature sensor with a clean soft cloth to prevent wax from adhering and causing inaccurate temperature detection
Monthly maintenance and calibration
Check the sealing of the wax pool: Inspect the edge of the wax pool and the connection position with the heating system to see if there is any leakage of wax liquid. If so, replace the sealing gasket
Calibrate the wax temperature: Use professional temperature measurement instruments to measure the temperature at different positions in the wax pool and confirm that the temperature difference does not exceed ±1℃. If the deviation is too large, contact the maintenance personnel to calibrate the temperature control system
Replace the wax solution: If the wax solution has been in use for more than one month, or if the color of the wax solution has darkened or stratified, it should all be replaced with new medical-grade paraffin wax
Maintenance during the period of suspension
If the equipment needs to be out of service for more than 3 days, all the wax liquid in the wax pool should be drained and stored in a sealed container. At the same time, the inner walls of the wax pool should be wiped clean to keep it dry and prevent oxidation and rusting
